HESLOP'S HEROES BACK TO WINNING WAYS

XL UPDATE FOR JULY 2009(
2nd July 2009
The venue for this weekend's fixture
(Sunday July 5th) has been changed to Brampton at 1:00
p.m. The Vintage couldn't secure a field. I hope everyone
will be out, as the summer break is fast approaching and
it's one of the last chances to have a runaround before the
Fall. As always, everyone is welcome, and there will be food
(free) and beer (less free) afterwards in the clubhouse.

write to say how about an XL touring team for this event?
Colin says they have this tournament every
year, and he was there in 2006 and it was fantastic. Argentina is
fantastic. It's worth looking into for 2010.

TORONTO REBELLION FITNESS STANDARDS 2009

Players and would-be players can now see the
Rugby Canada Fitness standards required of elite players. Tyler
Goodale, the National Fitness and Conditioning coach, has put
these together these documents and the standards will be used as
one means of selection for the Toronto Rebellion this year. PERFORMANCE
