  1. BAR / OPERATIONS

We are waiting on garbage pick-up invoice from GP to send to PowerAde Centre for reimbursement.

Sent e-mail to Mike Hardcastle re charge back for time spent on clean-up – he agreed to give us free snow plow over the winter.

We need signage around the property to indicate that this is Private Property. We also need to put up a sign indicating whom we are as apparently, we share an address with the Safety Village. Lucia has attempted to get  our correct address. This is an issue with the Peel Regional Police and despatching for alarms – Not completed.

We are on a 60 day grace period with regards to police Despatch.

Bar hours are Wednesday – Wanderers darts7PM TO 11:30PM

3.   MAINTENANCE

The main item to look for this year is the maintenance and repair of the kitchen hood. Sent 2 re-mails to Grant Partridge, but no response.  Will have to call suppliers and get quotes. As of now, there is no point in using the grill for        indoor cooking. NOT DONE THIS YEAR

Ice machine no longer works.– Unit will need to be disposed of in the proper fashion. Ice will need to be purchased weekly for any events that are held, and stored in the deep freezer. In the Spring we will have to get another freezer to store ice, or budget for a new ice making machine.

Jim Wilson getting a quotation for the door on the back of the clubhouse.

Several areas throughout the Club need dry wall repair.

Hedley Benyon was to pass the Fire Plan to Dave Angove for review
