Brampton's Caleb Groen Selected
Brampton RFC's Caleb Groen was part of the 32 man squad
selected for the Canada National Under-17 Men's Team this
afternoon. Head Coach Dave Chambers announced the names of the players who will be attending
the Canada Under-17 Selection Camp in Shawnigan Lake School,
from 9th - 13th February 2007.
The squad will under go a fitness testing session on the first
practice session on February 9th. From there, the 32 players
will be involved in two-a-day, on-field practice sessions with an
indoor night session.
Following the Shawnigan Lake Selection
Camp, the Canada Under-17 coaching staff will select 26
players to represent Canada in the Millfield Festival that
will be held in England from 2nd - 8th April, 2007.
