3 BRAMPTON WOMEN ACCLAIMED AS OUA ANNOUNCES ALL-STARS & MAJOR AWARD WINNERS

Brampton's Jayne Cation was one of five Western University Mustangs to win provincial all-star selection. She joins Tanja Ness, Rachel Spearing, Kelly Russell and Theresa Van Straaten in picking up Ontario University Athletics (OUA) honours as part of the 2007 women's Rugby all-stars and major award winners announced 24th October 2007. .

Mustangs head coach Natascha Wesch, also a Brampton alumna, guided her team to an impressive 5-0 regular season run outscoring their opponents 272-8, and received the Coach-of-the-Year award. This is Wesch's third selection as coach-of-the-Year, after winning the award previously in 2004 and 1998.

In the Sheils division, Brampton's Paige Gregson joins Jayne Cation in making the All star team, while in the Russell division Brampton's Megan Boyles is selected.
