About the event
Due to unforeseen circumstances, there are two outstanding positions on the club executive (President and Secretary) that require filling immediately so not to impede day to day activities at the club.
In order fill either position there must be a vote among club members and this Special Members meeting will take place on Sunday, October 29th starting at 5pm sharp. Please come out and make your voice heard.
There are other important matters to be discussed including the clubs finances and several other director roles that need to be filled.
